This is a gentle neuro-muscular practice, it will re-educate the stress response of fight or flight.
As an Essential Somatic Movement Teacher, I will work with you release tension, injury or repetitive postural habits which can cause lack of progression in your training. You will learn more about your body than you ever thought possible.
